Tunde is an experienced banker and finance professional who gained experience with blue chip financial institutions, including Citibank and Standard Bank, in different geographies. During the course of his career Tunde has gained extensive experience in operations management, corporate banking, asset based finance and risk management. Tunde graduated from the London School of Economics with an LLB (Hons.) and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Never has more than 26 years’ corporate leadership experience and has held senior positions at Delta, Innscor and Spar Zambia Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master of Business Administration from Midlands State University. He is a Chartered Secretary and a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe. He has further qualifications in the Management Development Programme and Executive Development Programme with Cape Town Business School.
Stanford Chabaya is a Certified Chartered Accountant with over eleven years of professional experience in accounting, audit, and finance. He joined Dandemutande in 2012 . Prior to his current position as CFO, Stanford held roles in financial accounting, reporting, and management. He posssess a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours degree from the University of South Africa, is a Mandela Washington Fellow and 2016 graduate from Purdue University, USA in business and entrepreneurship.
Ignatius T. Mpando currently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer of Dandemutande Investments (Pvt) Limited. He joined the organisation in June 2015 as a Core Network Engineer. He moved to Business & Product Development before becoming the General Manager for Utande Internet Services. Prior to that he was a Billing Engineer at MWEB Zimbabwe. Ignatius has been involved in billing, revenue assurance, network engineering, product development, business development, project management and corporate strategic decision-making. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP), graduate of the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor of Business Studies & Computing Science (BBSCT) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Ignatius is also the recipient of the 2022, Top 20 Young CEOs in Zimbabwe award by CEO Africa Roundtable.
Douglas Chitongo is an IT industry veteran who began his career i n 1994 as an Apple technician. In 2000, he joined MWEB and has been with the company since then, through its rebrand to iWayAfrica and subsequent merger with Dandemutande. Douglas has gained several industry certifications from Microsoft, RedHat, Qkon and others in his career. He is also a member of Round Table and past Association President for Botswana, Malawi and Zimbabwe, as well as a Football Administrator in Division 1 ZIFA Northern Region.
Stella Shamiso Wutete, a holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa and a Registered Legal Practitioner, brings over fifteen years of diverse experience across private practice and the corporate sector. Her expertise spans high-value mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on transactions involving foreign investors. Notably, Stella played a pivotal role in establishing legal structures and providing crucial advice during the inception of a Building Society.
With a solid background in consultancy, Stella excels in facilitating transnational and other corporate transactions. Her adeptness extends to building strong business relationships, showcasing a keen interest and strength in this crucial aspect of professional practice.
Lorraine has more than 15 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry within the Sales and Marketing field. She has built vast Key business relationships and oversees Dandemutande’s Regional and International customers in Southern Africa and the UAE. In 2021 she received the Top 200 Retail Wholesale Value Chain Business Leaders Award from the Confederation of Zimbabwe Retailers. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with Zimbabwe Open University and a Masters Degree in Business Leadership with The University of Zimbabwe. Lorraine is also a Certified Digital Marketer with the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Takunda is a Human Capital Practitioner with more than 14 years’ experience specialising in organisational development, culture alignment, performance management, employee relations and strategic management. He joined Dandemutande Investments in 2017 as the Human Resources Manager and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Executive in 2021. Before joining Dandemutande, Takunda worked in various industries including civil service, manufacturing and financial sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa, a Masters of Business Administration from National University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe.
Having started her career in retail management and buying at Edgars, Cassandra has more than 18 years business experience in the field also encompassing sales, customer experience and marketing. She joined the telecommunications industry as an Account Manager for MWEB and rose through the ranks, taking on various positions in the organisation including Business Solutions Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Regional and Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing before assuming her current position as Head of Satellite Services and Customer Experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master’s in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, a Diploma in Marketing Management from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is an active member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe. In 2021 she won the ‘Outstanding Pedagogical Marketing Executive’ award from Zimbabwe CEO’s Network and was recognised as the best ICT leading woman or girl child motivator at the GRI ICT Conference & Awards in 2022.
